How RAVA handles the information you share through this site.
This website is operated by PRIAS VISION SRL, a Romanian company with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 5, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2014005630409, sole registration code (CUI) 33154065, unique European identifier (EUID) ROONRC.J2014005630409. You can reach us at team@rava.team.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, work email and message you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser information, in server logs, for security and reliability.
We use the information you send only to understand your request and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We use only what is necessary to run the site and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
The site is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is handled through Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. If you opt in to our communications, your email address is also processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp), which we use to send newsletters and manage subscriptions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and from Fontshare. These providers process data on our behalf or as part of delivering the site to you.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We send commercial communications and newsletters only to people who have given us their explicit consent, for example by ticking the optional box on our contact form. Consent for marketing is always separate from simply answering your enquiry.
The legal basis for these messages is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, either through the unsubscribe link included in every message or by writing to team@rava.team. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before, and it does not stop us from replying to a direct enquiry.
Our newsletters are sent through Mailchimp, which manages the subscriber list and the unsubscribe process on our behalf.
We keep the messages you send for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than twenty four months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to team@rava.team. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
