RAVA FAQ

What you probably want to know first.

No long explanations. Just the things you need to know to understand whether RAVA is the right fit for your business.

FIT

Is RAVA relevant for us?

Is RAVA only for FMCG and Retail?

No. The logic started from real operational environments, but it applies anywhere execution drives results: RETAIL, HORECA, PHARMA, MEDICAL, BANKING, BRANCH NETWORKS, DISTRIBUTION, LOGISTICS, AUTOMOTIVE, FRANCHISE AND MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS.

How do I know if RAVA is relevant for my business?

If results depend on what happens across multiple locations, teams or customer touchpoints, RAVA is relevant. We help when there is a gap between what should happen and what actually happens in market.

What kind of problems can RAVA help solve?

Inconsistent execution, poor visibility, delayed reporting, weak follow-through, pricing deviations, out-of-stocks, missed activations, uneven customer experience, low accountability in the field, and data that does not clearly show where action is needed first.

HOW IT WORKS

How does RAVA fit into our operation?

Do I need to use the full RAVA system?

No. You can start with the part you need most. Some companies need field execution support. Others already have teams, but need visibility. Others need help turning data into decisions. RAVA is modular, so you do not have to buy everything to get value.

What if I already have my own field team?

That is not a problem. RAVA can work with your existing teams. If you need better structure, proof, visibility and control, RAVA ECHO can be configured around your operation without replacing your people. RAVA FIELD can also work with your teams or ours, depending on the need.

What if I do not need a platform, only execution in the field?

Then you can start with RAVA FIELD. We can monitor execution, pricing, visibility, compliance, customer experience and operational consistency in the field, with structured proof and reporting.

What if I already have data, but do not know what to do with it?

Then the right starting point may be RAVA ATLAS. It helps turn raw data into a clearer performance picture, better prioritization and concrete next actions.

Do you only show me data, or do you help me act on it?

Not just data. The whole point is to make the right issues visible, prioritize them properly and make action easier. Depending on the setup, that can mean field monitoring, live dashboards, issue tracking, strategic interpretation or a mix of all three.

Will RAVA force us to change how we already work?

No. The system is positioned to fit around your current teams, tools and processes. The goal is not to make you adapt to a rigid model. The goal is to improve clarity, consistency and action inside your real operating context.

GETTING STARTED

What happens next?

How fast can a project start?

RAVA is built for practical implementation, not theory. Especially on the ECHO side, indicators, checklists and priorities can be adapted quickly, in hours rather than weeks. So if your needs shift, the setup can shift with them.

What will I actually get at the end?

That depends on where you start, but usually the output is one or more of these: clear proof from the field, live visibility into execution, prioritization of the biggest gaps, faster issue resolution, stronger consistency across locations, and clearer decisions about where to act first.

I am not sure whether I need FIELD, ECHO or ATLAS. What do I do?

Start with the problem, not the product. If you need execution in the field, start with FIELD. If you need visibility and control, start with ECHO. If you need interpretation and direction, start with ATLAS. If the problem crosses all three, RAVA can connect them.

Still not sure?

Start with the problem, not the product.
